Foil Printing- how to

Here we like to show, how is foil printing done.

1) First we print a clue on the T-Shirt, it will have allready the final look of the Design.

as you can see on the picture, the clue (you could take plastisol ink) here transparent, we print directly on the T-Shirt.

make sure you have a thick amount of ink on the Shirt.

fix the ink on the shirt, with your dryer.

2) Place the T-Shirt under a Trandferpress

3) heat up the Tranferpress to 185C

4) Place the foil over the printed part.

5) Press for 10sec. with medium pressure.

6) Let the foil cool down.

7) When cold, pull the foil off the shirt.
