As you proberly know, we offer for our clients a Handbook like Get Creative with effect inks.

To be faster and more up to date, we now offer this project online. We do new samples and show them on our new created section Special Effect Screenprinting Review. So come over and check this page on a regular basis.

We believe that this will help you, by designing new T-Shirts Designs, directly with the new special effects. Any time your Designer or your self, can check this page and see what is new from us. Instead you have to wait so long, to get hard copies of the sample file. You will be able to see it online and any question you have, just give us a call.

We hope from this service, all parties will profitate and speed up your creativity.

here is a small screenshoot of this very nice guy.

it’s allways nice to chat with him about Screen printing.

they build Screen printing machines and there are experts in flocking.

1) First we print a clue on the T-Shirt, it will have allready the final look of the Design.

as you can see on the picture, the clue (you could take plastisol ink) here transparent, we print directly on the T-Shirt.

make sure you have a thick amount of ink on the Shirt.

fix the ink on the shirt, with your dryer.

2) Place the T-Shirt under a Trandferpress

3) heat up the Tranferpress to 185C

4) Place the foil over the printed part.

5) Press for 10sec. with medium pressure.

6) Let the foil cool down.

7) When cold, pull the foil off the shirt.

and you see your first foil print!

easy as that!

Here is a print, what is printed outside and inside at the same time.

it gives really a smart look to the garment.

Kabir our well known employee is leaving us for france.
